Authors should submit their 2-column conference paper format (4 pages including figures and tables) through the conference website by Sunday, October 26, 2008 23:59 (GMT +0800) |

In addition to the camera-ready manuscript, the submission should include a 40~50 Word ABSTRACT, which will be published in the advance program if the paper is accepted. |

All submitted papers will be reviewed by the technical program committee. Notices of acceptance will be sent out to authors on December 25, 2008. Authors should submit their papers (accepted papers only) in IEEE compatible version after receiving the notification of acceptance. Accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors at the Symposium. |
